SHIPPING

When will my order be shipped?

Due to large number of orders, processing takes up to 1-5 days. Shipping takes from 1-3 weeks. 

 

How much will the shipping cost to me?

What if there's an issue with my order?

What happens if my item gets lost in mail?

You will have received a confirmation email providing you with a tracking number from the applicable carrier.  If your items are unable to be located by the carrier, please contact wesburyclub@gmail.com for assistance.

 

What happens if something arrives damaged or defective?

Please contact wesburyclub@gmail.com within 7 days to report the issue. Following inspection of the returned item, Wesbury will provide you a replacement or a refund.

 

Can I track my order?

When your order has been dispatch from you will receive a dispatch confirmation email advising carrier and tracking information. In the unlikely event that you have any problems with your order, please contact wesburyclub@gmail.com

 

Why I haven't received my order?

If you have not received a dispatch email, please contact wesburyclub@gmail.com quoting your order number and we will investigate this for you. In most cases, this is just a case of an incorrect contact email or our emails being marked as junk.

If you have received your dispatch email but the parcel has not arrived, first check the location using the tracking number provided in your confirmation email.

If the carrier cannot locate your parcel, please contact wesburyclub@gmail.com for assistance.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Returns

We have a 30 days refund policy. After 30 days from the date of purchase, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. (Refunds depend on a case by case basis)
