Shipping Policy

We currently offer free standard shipping to most countries. Refer to our table here for our estimated delivery times. Delivery times does not include production period. All pieces are made by hand with lots of love, care and time! Please allow 2 - 3 business days for product to be made before shipment. If you need your order sooner, please select the expedited shipping option. Preorder items will be shipped out on stated date on product page. Any final shipping adjustments will be calculated at checkout.

All orders are shipped from Singapore through our partner courier Asendia. We are not responsible for items not received due to incorrect or incomplete shipping address. If your package gets lost in transit, we will do everything we can to assist you. However, we are not responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.

Our expedited shipping is handled by DHL Express, delivered within approximately 3 - 5 business days for major cities, with signature on delivery and fully tracked.

Return Policy

Wesbury club ensure all our products goes through multiple quality inspection on every product before shipping out. All items are final sale. Due to the unique and often one-of-a-kind nature of our materials, pieces may appear differently from items shown online.

However, should your item be delivered damaged, we will replace it within 14 days, with the following conditions:

  • You must request an exchange by sending an email to, within 14 days of accepting delivery of the product, and arrange the return of the product within 7 days after notification.
  • We do not accept returns, except for order issues.
  • Manufacturing faults DO NOT include: marked, dented or deemed "defected" pearl, shells or gemstones; general wear and tear including items that have been bent out of shape, twisted and snapped, oxidised or on which the plating is fading.
  • To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Sealed items must remain unopened.
  • All sale items are final, we do not accept exchanges or returns on sales or promotions.
  • We do not pay for returns to be shipped back to Wesburyclub.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to return the item to us safely. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to the product by the postal service.
  • We require a proof of purchase or order confirmation email

We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs returns and exchanges.

Exchange Process (If applicable)

  • Title your email as such: <Return request for (#order number)>
  • Clearly state in your email: Your full name used for the order, name of item(s), and clear close up photo(s) of the issue.
  • We strongly recommend that you bubble wrap to avoid damage and send the product using a trackable postal service (such as FedEx, DHL or UPS) to return your items safely to us.
  • For international exchanges & returns, you must mark on the courier company’s consignment that the product is for exchange so as to avoid any customs duties and taxes.
  • Wesburyclub will inspect the product on its return, and we reserve the right to refuse exchange following proper evaluation.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • Once approved, we will send a replacement and notify you with a new tracking number.
  • If there is no replacement in stock, refunds will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded).

12 Month Warranty

To assure you to shop with confidence. We are happy to offer a one-time warranty for any product repair, cleaning, servicing or maintenance, valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Please refer to our Warranty page for more information.
